The total costs for attending the School, lodging and all meals is Euro 500. A limited number of single room is available for a total fee of Euro 650. The fee for participants with industrial or commercial affiliation is Euro 2000 (single room). The number of participants is strictly limited to 60. Your payment needs to be received before March 1, 2012. If received later, an additional fee of Euro 100 will be imposed. Do not transfer any fee until you receive a personal official acceptance of participation from us by email. Details of the bank account are below. The fee includes: full board in Hotel "De Duinen", admission to all sessions, Summer School documents, coffee/tea during session breaks, and a special dinner on Thursday. Confirmation of registration will be sent to registered participants. Participation will be accepted on receipt of the remittance. Participants from economically disfavored countries may apply for support for the conference fee (see Registration Form).

Travel support available Participants can apply for travel support. We have funding available with which we intend to support a substantial part of the travel costs. Especially for participants from economical disfavoured countries we are able to provide support up to a maximum of 400 euro. For details and request for travel support see the Registration Form. Payment of support is during the School after proof of travel costs with receipts.

Cancellations Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing by email to the School Secretariate (see Contact Us). Refunds (less a cancellation charge of 50 Euro) will only be granted if the cancellation is received at the Symposium Secretariate before March 1, 2012. For administrative reasons refunds will be dealt with after the School.

Registration desk The registration and information desk in "De Witte Raaf" will be open: Tuesday, April 10, from 10.00 - 18.00 hours. All other days from 08.30 - 12.00 hours.

Insurance The organizing committee cannot be held liable for personal accident, loss or damage to the private property of participants. Participants should make their own insurance arrangements.
